Wish you had some really practical examples of leading & developing a worship team?  We at United were thinking about what resources we could put out there for leaders that would help them at a practical "what can I really do?" level.  One of those ideas was to put together A BLOG THAT CLOSELY FOLLOWS AN ACTUAL TEAM BEING MENTORED BY AN UNITED™ LEADER.

In other words, the stories aren't made up (though the names are changed) and things are far from ideal.  Follow along and see us fail or succeed (hopefully the later) in our pursuit of becoming better worship leaders as a team!
