UNITED college

UNITED college is a division of UNITED that develops worship leaders in the college ministry environment.   UNITED college connects young worship leaders with high quality mentors that are able to help them grow not only in their ability to lead worship but also in learning how to raise worship leaders out of their existing team. 

 

UNITED college is affiliated with InterVarsty Christian Fellowship and overseen by IV Staff Worker Jon Wang. 

 

"Leading worship is not just playing music like a jukebox but rather, it is ministering to the people around you through music, exhortation, testimony and being open to the influence of the Holy Spirit.  It is more of an art than a science.  There is no magical formula a worship leader can follow to make people engage with the Holy Spirit.  In order to do music ministry effectively you have to be able to do music ministry authentically, no matter what the circumstance around you."   - Jon Wang
